My name is Patti Martell. I was born and raised in Port Jervis, NY. When my husband & I married in 1989, I first moved to Sullivan County where we resided in Glen Spey, NY. For over 30 years now, I have lived in Sullivan County with my family and enjoyed such unique experiences there; like going for quiet walks in the woods and seeing the abundance of wildlife right outside your door! There is such a peace and quietness to be found, helping residents to relax and unwind. It is beautiful watching the changing seasons that are afforded by Sullivan County with the picturesque landscape all around you. It is truly something to behold.
I worked for a few years in the insurance industry, followed by over 30 years working in our family construction business; handling customer relations, sales, insurance, and employee management, among some of the various skills I have acquired. Being self employed has taught me how to communicate with people and understand their ultimate goals and visions for their real estate needs. I tend to be a realist and a problem solver, looking to move forward into the next chapter, while sorting out different options available to do so. My husband and I have a son & a daughter that we raised in our log home, nestled in the woods of Glen Spey. We were pleased with the local school system that our children attended & have made many good friends within the community, during the time that our children attended instruction there. We are animal lovers with 1 dog & 4 cats currently abiding with us. Our love of animals adds to our enjoyment of being in Sullivan County because we often see deer, turkeys, foxes, racoons, many varieties of birds, and yes, even a few bears.

My name is Kristen. I do all of the administrative work here at Payne Team. I moved to Sullivan County from Brooklyn with my family 20 years ago. I met Dawn and Bill's son Michael, in 2009, we started dating and we were married in 2012, and we welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world in 2022. I'm so lucky to be part of such a close, loving family. My husband and I live in Glen Spey, not far from Dawn and Bill, we love Sunday Family dinners at Lake DeVenoge and making memories with our growing family. I started working as Dawn and Bill’s assistant about 10 years ago and the rest is history! I was born and raised in the Bronx and relocated to Upstate NY to raise my family over 25 years ago. I currently reside in beautiful Chenango County and have lived here for a couple years now.
