Saturdays, May-October 10AM to 1PM

The Barryville Farmers’ Market is more than just shopping - it’s an experience. Not only is there fabulous food and goods from local farms and vendors, there’s always something happening at the market, from live music to cooking demonstrations. The market is the perfect way to spend a leisurely Saturday.  Plus, being located along the Delaware River, the scenery that surrounds it is spectacular!

Locally Grown and Made

Shopping at the Farmers Market is a great way to support local businesses. Everything at the market is either grown on a nearby farm or made by the local vendor you are purchasing from. So you can go right to the source with any questions you may have about ingredients, the best way to cook something, how something was made, storage advice, and more. You’ll find farm fresh produce, meats, cheeses, butter, cream, baked goods, dressings, sauces, spices, jams, nuts, coffee, prepared foods, juices, hard cider, spirits, flowers, baskets, woodworks, accessories, pottery, hand-dyed yarn, and more. Visit the Barryville Farmers’ Market website for a complete list of seasonal vendors.

Live Music

The farmers’ market is all about bringing the community together. It’s a place to not just pop in and pop out, but to envelop yourself in the beautiful natural sights as you gather with family and friends chatting about your past week and what you have planned for the days ahead. This community experience is enhanced by the sounds of local artists. Each week, attendees are treated to live music as they stroll and shop or sit back and relax on the grass under the shade of a tree.

Events

The farmers’ market likes to keep things lively with activities. The weekly agenda could include a cooking demonstration by the chef from one of the restaurants in town or the surrounding area, as well as educational and informational talks.
